hello and welcome bein venu
Did we all get books we didn't want for xmas are we all stock piling books we may never read again but can't be arsed to take to the charity shop well how do you fancy a book swap here just list what you have and who knows you may make someones day , one persons Mills and Boon may be another persons Bleak house. you can swap or just post on or if you are mercenary you can even sell but I like to thnk theres a little corner of cyber space where you can get something for nothing or the cost of postage.Ove the next few days I'll list some of my books and people can join in as they wish .

Sounds like a good idea, I was given 3 Alan Titchmarsh books for Christmas, but I'll have to read them as I will be asked questions about them afterwards
Ooo sounds like a modern day swap shop.. i got 3 QI books... my family must think i spend all day quizzing and need to know useless info , how little they know me. More than willing to pass a brand new copy , which i could sign and therefore it will become priceless, to anyone who needs some more Quite Interesting facts.
Can I offer used books as long as I say what sort of condition they are in?
Oh gosh yes of c ourse used books I ddn;t mean people had to hand over their new stuff ,I was thinking we'd mostly be swapping books we've read once and have no intention of ever reading again
I have a hardback of gentlemen and players by JOanne Harris in good condition .Rage in Hardback by JOnathan Kellerman in good condition.I Loved the joanna harris book its a school set whodunnit with a twist.The kellerman I bought my husband not realising he already had it

I've got books gathering dust on the shelf ranging from brand new to downright dog-eared, so the chance to swap or give away some of them is more than welcome, I'll have a scout through and make a list (I know for certain that I've got at least 4 copies of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and I've run out of wonky table legs to prop up!)
I only read Mr Men books but anyone can have one if they wish ;)

Oooooh love this idea. I have 2 James Pattersons my ex gave me cos he got them free. I've got and dont want....1st to die and Along came a spider
I will look later on shelves to see if i have any old books lurking i no longer want
